  • Objective:

This Five -day Training Program is a practical, Methodological, how-to overview of the entire Training Function. It is aimed to Prepare & Equip Trainers & New Trainers with the required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities that prepares them to become Certified Trainers by introducing the latest Techniques for preparing & delivering powerful Training Programs including the Design of the Training Tool Kit.

  • Method of Delivery

 

  • This is a highly interactive Program based on the application of theoretical concepts of HR; to practical situations that faced by HR Leaders. Participants will work in small groups throughout the course to apply the learning they acquired. Practical exercises and case studies will be used extensively during the course, moreover each Trainee will conduct a small Training Session and evaluated against his delivery.
