Certified Master Trainer
- Objective:
This Five -day Training Program is a practical, Methodological, how-to overview of the entire Training Function. It is aimed to Prepare & Equip Trainers & New Trainers with the required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities that prepares them to become Certified Trainers by introducing the latest Techniques for preparing & delivering powerful Training Programs including the Design of the Training Tool Kit.

The Expected outcomes of this Training Course will be:
- Participants will be able to define Training Needs as part of the Training Process, and write Training Objectives.
- Participants will be able to design Training Programs & Material according to Training Needs. (Training Tool Kit) & Curriculum.
- Participants will be able to deliver Training Courses using the best interactive Techniques and Training Tools.
- Participants will be able to Evaluate Training Courses and the quality of the Training Program
- Participants will be able to follow up and Analyze Training Feedback.
- Participants will be able to write Training Technical Reports.
- Method of Delivery
- This is a highly interactive Program based on the application of theoretical concepts of HR; to practical situations that faced by HR Leaders. Participants will work in small groups throughout the course to apply the learning they acquired. Practical exercises and case studies will be used extensively during the course, moreover each Trainee will conduct a small Training Session and evaluated against his delivery.
